At RealMend, we stand by the quality of our supplements. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the return and refund process.

1. Returns

We offer a hassle-free return window to ensure you feel confident in your purchase.

7-Day Window Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Condition Product must be sealed, unused, and undamaged.

To initiate a return, please ensure the product remains in its original packaging with the safety seal intact. For health and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.

2. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order is in the "Dispatched" or "In Transit" stage, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for a return after delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline: 5–7 Working Days

Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (e.g., your bank account, credit card, or UPI wallet).
